Moonstruck Mama is founded by a therapist and coach that helps moms navigate motherhood through online therapy for moms and resources for moms

This is your village, reimagined.

At Moonstruck Mama, we center maternal mental health through relatable content, therapy-informed tools, and cozy products designed to fit real mom life—not the Pinterest version. We’re building a new kind of community—one that lives on social media, in your inbox, and in the everyday moments that matter. Through encouraging posts, honest conversations, and a newsletter that feels like a deep breath, we’re creating space for connection and care.

We’re also developing thoughtful products to support moms emotionally and mentally, and now offer 1:1 therapist-led coaching sessions focused on realistic, sustainable self-care—because sometimes, you need more than advice. You need support that actually sticks.

Brittany Jones is a therapist and coach that helps moms navigate motherhood through online therapy for moms and resources for moms

I’m Brittany. I’,m a licensed mental health therapist, a mom, and the voice behind Moonstruck Mama. After over a decade in the mental health field, it wasn’t until I became a mother myself that I fully understood how overlooked moms are emotionally, mentally, and systemically. Even with a great support system, I felt lost in parts of pregnancy and postpartum. What I needed wasn’t more advice. I needed someone who got it.

Moonstruck Mama is the space I wish I had back then—and the one I’m proud to build now. It blends my background as a therapist with my lived experience as a mom navigating identity, burnout, and all the big feelings no one talks about.

This is for the moms holding it all together while trying not to fall apart.

You’re not alone—and you were never meant to do this without support.

Your mental health matters. Like, a lot.
