FOOD1: DEVILED EGGS - SO EASY...your dumbest friends can do them!

Hopefully your friend didn't forward this to you...because then you're the dumb friend. Just know me and your friend agree...you can do this!


DEVILED EGGS


INGREDIENTS: 6 eggs makes 12 halves


#1: 1.5 Tablespoon of Mayo

#2: 3/4 Tablespoon of Yellow Mustard (nothing fancy)

#3 2 Tablespoons of Sweet Relish

Note: the relish makes a difference so try out a few until you find one that you like

#4 Pinch of Salt

Note: don't add a lot, it's easy to over-salt these. Same for the pepper.

#5 Dash of Pepper

#6 Paprika


HOW-TO:


I buy packages of pre-boiled and pre-peeled (lazy biat I know!) eggs at the grocery store. 6 for about $2.50. Some people will like their's with more mayo or less relish. Don't be afraid to play around with the ingredients. If you ever add too much of anything add more relish to compensate.


Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolk and place in a bowl.


Step 1: Mash the yolk with a fork (that's the yellow part..for our friends reading this)


Step 2. Add the Mayo, Mustard, Relish, Salt and Pepper (taste it!)


Step 3. Scoop into the egg halves (I use a small spoon, easier to fill the eggs)


Step 4. Paprika to your heart's content


Final Step: Hide them from your family and closet eat! :)
