Meatballs with egg noddles topped with hot brown gravy. OMG its SO good and SO easy!
1. One pound (lb) of ground beef
2. One egg
3. Three teaspoons of Onion Powder
4. Three teaspoons of Garlic Salt
5. 1/4 cup whole milk
6. Two teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
7. One bag of Egg Noodles
8. On Packet of Brown Gravy
Place ingredients (1-6) in a Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate. (optional but really adds to the flavor)
Step 1. Get a pan (not cookie sheet) and spray Pam so the meatballs won't stick.
Step 2. Pull small portions of the meat and roll into round balls. Place each of them on the pan 2 inches apart.
Step 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 4. Prepare egg noodles (1/2 pack feeds 3) using the instructions on the bag.
Step 5. Prepare Brown Gravy packet using the instructions on the packet.
We ate ours in a bowl. Egg noodles topped with meatballs and hot brown gravy!
Notes: My husband made this last night and it was delicious. I actually scraped my bowl. He made one rookie mistake and asked that I include it in my post. He originally used a cookie sheet and not a 4 sided pan which caused the grease to leak onto the bottom of the oven causing a small grease fire. Don't burn down your house people! Use a pan!
